It has 23 large deepwater professional container loading and unloading berths, which can meet the operation requirements of the world's largest container ship. The first international container liner route and the first special container terminal of new China have been opened and put into use in Tianjin port.

At present, there are two 200000 ton, one 250000 ton and two 300000 ton Specialized Ore berths and general bulk cargo berths, as well as a relatively complete railway and highway distribution system. The proportion of iron ore railway transportation has reached more than 60%, and the single machine unloading efficiency has exceeded 2300 tons / hour. In 2020, the throughput of various imported ores in Tianjin Port exceeded 100 million tons.
coal
It has 6 modern professional coal berths. Since May 1st, 2017, all underground coal has been collected by railway. In 2020, the coal throughput will exceed 60million tons. At present, the annual throughput capacity of Tianjin Port's coal specialized berths exceeds 100 million tons.
Liquid dispersion
There are 12 oil berths, including two 300000 ton crude oil berths and 150000 ton liquefied natural gas berths, which can berth 266000 cubic meters of ships. The long-distance pipeline goes deep into the inland hinterland, with a pipeline transportation capacity of 45million tons / year, and the aviation fuel pipeline goes directly to the airports of Beijing and Tianjin.
Roll on roll off
There are 4 special ro ro berths. Mercedes Benz, Audi PDI testing center and Volvo logistics center have successively settled here. In 2020, the vehicle throughput exceeded 1.02 million, ranking first among ports in northern China.
Miscellaneous items
There are 19 steel berths, with a maximum berth grade of 150000 tons. The yard area is 980000 square meters, the warehouse area is 95000 square meters, and the maximum gantry crane load is 200 tons. Tianjin Port has mature steel operation technology and rich varieties, including cold coil, hot coil, billet, steel plate, wire rod, deformed steel bar, steel pipe, round steel, square steel, i-angle channel steel and super long rail.

It has four large berths and a passenger transport building with a construction area of nearly 60000 square meters. In 2019, it received 121 international luxury cruise ships and 720000 inbound and outbound passengers. We will promote the construction of specialized terminals in an orderly manner, tap the potential of existing terminal resources, and promote the automatic upgrading and transformation of container terminals. Simultaneously build port collection and distribution channels, promote the effective connection of channels inside and outside the port, and speed up the formation of a collection and distribution system with the separation of port and city and rapid access. It plans to implement the dredging and expansion of anchorage to meet the growing anchoring demand of super large ships.
